FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

DO YOU OFFER LOADING AND UNLOADING FACILITIES?

Yes we do. We are also happy to arrange removals for both commercial and domestic customers.

DO I NEED TO PAY A DEPOSIT?

No deposit required.

WHEN CAN I ACCESS MY STORAGE?

We offer full access to your storage facility during our normal working hours 7 days a week (from 8am-6pm).

 

Access to your unit at times outside these hours, can be arranged by appointment. Please contact Richard on

01747 828 272.

HOW DO I PAY?

BACS payment monthly.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE THE STORAGE KEY?

We always keep a spare set of container keys, but if you lose your set, you will have to pay £10 for a new key to be cut.
